Description :This professional position is assigned the responsibility/accountability for clinical quality improvement through the facilitation of projects/teams and the collection and analysis of data to monitor medical staff performance. This position collects and analyzes the data to identify quality of care issues or trends. This position works collaboratively with various departments, the Medical Staff, and leadership. The Quality Coordinator must utilize excellent communication skills, possess a working knowledge of multiple computer programs, be able to multi-task and successfully work within the team setting.We are seeking a Quality Coordinator with experience in cardiovascular services and a strong understanding of cardiac quality metrics. The ideal candidate will support performance improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive excellence in cardiac care outcomes. Additional Information About the Position for Qualified Candidates $6,000 Sign-On Bonus 40 hours of front-loaded Paid Time Off Up to $3,000 Relocation bonus $1.00 Certification pay $1.00 BSN pay Education: Required: Graduate of an approved Nursing program Preferred: Bachelors Degree of Nursing Experience: Preferred: Experience in cardiovascular services Preferred: 3 years of healthcare experience Skills: Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Performance Improvement and/or project management experience Strong interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and priority setting skills Able to work as part of a team Excellent communication skills Teamwork Self-Motivated Licensure/Certification/Registration Required: Missouri RN License
