Your field of responsibility
A challenging role in the global Group Management Reporting team with senior management exposure, providing visible and reliable information to the Board of Directors/C executive levels, senior management and other business partners and optimizing the use of financial resources.
Support weekly, monthly and quarterly ExB/BoD reports and external reporting with focus on analysis and collaboration with divisional business partners.
Active involvement in projects related to design of new reports, system improvements, and standard setting across the firm and to enable the offering of greater clarity over the financial results, trends, performance indicators and efficiency measures as well as outward communication.
Close collaboration with divisional and regional finance teams around the globe as well as with subject matter guides in matters such as capital management, Treasury, Financial Accounting.
Individual may perform additional duties and responsibilities that management deems necessary from time to time.

Group management reporting is a key guardian of the bank’s management reporting. We fulfill this role by: Ensuring complete, accurate and timely P&L for the bank’s consolidate and divisional view. Working with the businesses and global business partners to ensure the reporting accuracy in a controlled manner. Your skills and experience
We are looking for an applicant with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in Finance or Accounting. Along with proven experience of at least 4-5 years as financial analysis
§ Eagerness to learn, focused on continuous improvements of the current process governance and execution, including improving tools and systems.
§ Strong analytical and qualitative skills.
§ Proven communication and client service skills.
§ Excellent partnership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
§ Results oriented self-starter with the ability to work well within a team and independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment
§ Proficient in MS Office skills, especially Excel. Skills in Hyperion Essbase a plus.
§ Dedicated, inclined to drive projects independently, highly organized and detailed oriented in a flexible environment
§ A positive attitude, customer focused and willingness to focus and commit during peak times.
