Position Title: CFD Engineer
Location: Raymond, Ohio
Duration: Fulltime/Permanent

Job Description:
  • Understanding the problem, requirements, and targets of customer.
  • Prepare the scope of the work. Collecting the full vehicle cad data from CATIA DPM Server & Renaming as per client CFD standards.
  • CFD mesh model building for full vehicle using ANSA preprocessing tool.
  • Preparing input deck & Boundary condition setup for steady state cold flow CFD simulation using ANSYS FLUENT, STAR-CCM+, Open FOAM script & CFD Run submission.
  • Results Validation and analysis using STAR-CCM+ and ParaView post processing tools. Report Preparation.
  • Discussion with designers & testing team. Aero- and Engine cooling Correlation & Counter measure study. Design validation and proposing new design.
  • CFD support and suggestion for Aero test team and Dynamic performance test team.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills are highly desirable.
