Then read on#LI-hybridResponsibilitiesThe role youre interested in Reporting to the Sr Director of Global eCommerce, you will be an experienced ecommerce manager, a self-starter, leading the brands strategy and execution - marketing, sales, supply and finance. This role is pivotal to managing our growth and is directly linked to BRBR street call. Key output will be a double-digit growth on the Amazon business and leading the processes such as: Annual sales planning for Amazon (including promotion, ROI, E&O, trade rate and supply chain)Forecasting process for 4th largest account in the business while maintaining high accuracy across multiple product groups Promo and trade spend management along with orders managementSales input to the 3 strategic pillars of eCommerce catalogue, traffic and conversionYou will be part of a high performing, high visibility team as ecommerce is a key pillar of expansion in this business. If youre based in the greater Bay Area, youll walk into our Emeryville office each Tuesday morning and start the in-person portion of our hybrid work week at our weekly all-company meeting and find close to 200 of your colleagues sitting on sofas, beanbag chairs, or the floor excitedly talking through the week ahead and watching a newer teammate tell their personal life and career journey followed by a quick update on any hot topics that might be relevant to the week ahead.
