The Office Nurse utilizes the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.This is a per diem position at Antrim Medical Group located in Antrim, NH.Apply today to become part of our skilled teamResponsibilities:Patient Care: Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients' conditions, treatments, and progress.
