We believe in the "always a bigger fish" mentality. • Community Engagement: Attend events and connect with your own community. • Purpose-Driven Work: Focus on what matters most; we eliminate non-essential tasks so you can thrive. • More Competitive Pricing: Under the broker model, we’re able to provide pricing that big box banks can’t touch. • Fast, Consistent Underwriting: With the best back office in the country, closing loans in 10-15 days is not the exception, it’s the rule. • Paid-for training trips to elevate your game, as often as you want to. • Paid-for training trips for your referral partners too Join us at Free Enterprise Funding and let’s create success together Responsibilities: • Create personal relationships with loan applicants - offer additional information and answer questions about home mortgage products • Collect financial information in order to prepare the loan file, assist applicants with loan applications, and assess applicants’ financial situation and eligibility • Interface between loan processor, senior loan officer/ mortgage loan originator, underwriter, mortgage lender or mortgage banker, and realtors on behalf of the applicant as needed to ensure a successful loan transaction • Monitor sales pipeline, meet sales expectations, get referrals, and generate new business opportunities Qualifications: • Previous experience in financial services, real estate, lending institutions, credit union, or related fields is valuable, but not required • Excellent sales, relationship, communications and MS Office skills are vital • Understanding of loan programs guidelines and various types of loans such as FHA, commercial loans, VA, etc is helpful, but not required • Must be willing to complete training program to obtain NMLS/ MLO/ state license • Burning hunger to learn, grow, and win is a MUST About Company: Free Enterprise Funding is a Colorado-based mortgage broker headquartered in Colorado Springs.
