Take the next step in your career with us Employees in this role are responsible for searching and examining land records, due diligence, identifying potential title issues, and resolving them to ensure a clear transfer of ownership. In this role, you will work closely with developers, acquisition teams, and attorneys to gather and analyze property records, including deeds, mortgages, liens, and other legal documents. Proficiency in title search software and public record databases are required. Attention to detail, and excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary. In addition, a working knowledge of probate and real estate laws and regulations are essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Real Estate, Law, Right of Way, Renewable or Oil and Gas industry, or a related field. Must be able to work both independently and as a part of a team.
