As a valued colleague on our team, you will review, monitor, and analyze business data to solve problems and/or make recommendations to improve business performance, as well as identify opportunities for enhanced business efficiency and performance through data and technology.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise GRC - Business Analysis - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

Consult with business units and technical staff to understand data usage, lineage, and attributes. Recommend opportunities to align data architecture workstreams with business objectives. Develop and use data metrics that can be used to evaluate reports and other outputs of data-related applications. May render these metrics into dashboards or other tools that can be accessed by others. Draft, edit, and complete report management rules for use by report requestors/producers or those extracting data or preparing reports from enterprise databases. Identify data quality issues in reports, applications, or downloads accomplished by unit; assess causes of problems, and lead or participate in efforts such as data cleansing, data certification, and the like to remediate problems. Performing administrative functions within a GRC platform (i.e., MetricStream, Archer, Process Unity) Take lead on portions of data analysis programs and translate business analysis results for customers to empower data-driven decision making. Make recommendations on areas for improved business performance with Risk/Compliance program owners.

Bachelor degree or equivalent 4-6 years related experience.

Skills

Experience cleaning and transforming data to create impact analysis. Prior experience and ability to understand, execute and report various testing methodologies. This includes story/script development and execution, problem solving, identification of defects and control gaps. Strong presentation skills – both verbal and written Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data. Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives. Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and building relationship networks. Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal. Skilled in documentation and reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Collibra, Excel, and Tableau or similar standard visualization tool. Skilled in SQL.
