We are working with the VP of Finance at an Engineering firm based in Morris County, NJ. They are looking for a dynamic Treasury Manager to join their team. This company offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including a hybrid schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees the daily cash and investment management strategy to ensure optimal operating liquidity and to meet all debt obligations Designs and implements strategies relating to all aspects of the company’s capital structure, including cash forecasting, optimal cash balance, and optimal mix of debt structures Develops and evolves Treasury policies and procedures Partners with the tax team to ensure treasury policies support proper tax planning Continuously assesses internal compliance mechanisms to ensure controls indisputably meet all regulatory standards; implements improvements to existing controls where needed Leads and mentors a small team in developing and executing ideal cash strategy while minding compliance factors

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance Strong analytical, financial and systems skills including modeling skills 5+ years of Corporate Treasury experience Exposure to Engineering or Construction industries is a HUGE PLUS Strong experience with contract negotiations with financial institutions Knowledge of banking systems and experience with wire and ACH templates is a plus
