Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hr - $20/hr
Position Overview:
Our client seeks an outgoing and organized Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Receptionist and is comfortable working fully onsite.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Greet visitors promptly and courteously, and direct them to the appropriate areas.
- Answer and direct incoming calls while maintaining professional telephone etiquette.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliver documents as needed.
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area to create a welcoming environment.
- Assist in maintaining office records, such as visitor logs and schedules.
- Provide general administrative support as required, including data entry and handling basic office tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office and Google Suite).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or similar role is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off).
