This is an opportunity to work at a customer-driven company with a collaborative team that values technical excellence, innovation, and creativity while working together and having fun Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Product Manager for Aggregation to join our team at Quicken. This pivotal role will manage relationships with data aggregators such as Intuit, Plaid, and Finicity, ensuring seamless integration of banking data into our products. We have several new products on the way, and you will be able to make a big impact at Quicken Responsibilities Data Aggregation Management & Partner Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for data aggregators (Intuit, Plaid, Finicity, MX, Yodlee), ensuring optimal service levels, performance, and uptime.
Lead contract negotiations, SLA management, and performance reviews with data providers to drive continuous improvements. Stay ahead of industry trends in Open Banking, data aggregation, and banking regulations (PSD2, FDX, GDPR, CCPA, etc.) to proactively adapt strategies. Integration & Cross-Team Coordination Coordinate across engineering, product, customer care, and compliance teams to drive initiatives around data integration, quality improvements, and troubleshooting. Work with development teams to optimize API performance, authentication flows, and data reconciliation processes for seamless financial data syncing.
Own the aggregation roadmap, balancing technical feasibility, partner capabilities, and user needs. Quality, Performance & Monitoring Define and own key metrics for aggregation performance, including data accuracy, API uptime, transaction success rates, and user impact metrics. Ensure real-time monitoring and alerting systems are in place to detect and resolve data disruptions quickly. Partner with engineering to implement scalability, redundancy, and security best practices in aggregation infrastructure.
Customer Insights & Continuous Improvement Gather insights from customer feedback, support tickets, and product usage data to identify pain points in bank connectivity and data aggregation. Collaborate with customer care and product teams to proactively address user concerns and enhance the account linking and transaction reconciliation experience. Develop a continuous improvement framework to drive data reliability, transaction categorization accuracy, and user trust in financial data.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or Program Management in fintech, banking, or financial data aggregation. Strong background in API integrations, data aggregation, and financial data standards (FDX, Open Banking, OAuth, Webhooks, JSON).
Experience
working with data aggregators (Intuit, Plaid, Finicity, MX, Yodlee, or similar). Knowledge of banking connectivity challenges, data normalization, and fraud prevention. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams across engineering, product, compliance, and customer support.
Experience
in defining KPIs, implementing monitoring systems, and troubleshooting performance issues. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to drive decision?making. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

This positions expected base pay range is $170,000 - $200,000.
