Job Description
This position provides analyzed information in a structured way, assessing historic & current function performance, highlighting areas of opportunity for improvement. This position will assist with leading management information and analysis which may include forecasting/commentary, project analysis and cost analysis - as examples. This position requires strong financial, business partnering, business acumen, data management, reporting and analysis expertise, influencing and change management skills. This position will partner with multiple stakeholders to provide driver-based financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, driven by insights enabled through scenario modeling, variability and sensitivity analysis. Provide expertise on financial reporting for business performance review and reporting for business decision-making. Provide management reporting leveraging technology and automation to enable speed to insight. Month end activities such as PL review, accruals, analysis.

POSITION DETAILS:
- Partner with stakeholders to advance deep dives into cost structures and driver insights.
- Support business reviews, function operating reviews, total Digital (IT) and Data forecast consolidation and analytics.
- Support FY23 year-end activities, FY24 target setting analytics.
- Documentation of core financial processes and program support for IT forecast process improvements.

*You will serve as an expert in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues/problems. You may provide direction to lower-level team members and be a key contributor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
*Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
*Demonstrates high degree of curiosity; investing time and energy into learning and seeks different points of view and internal and external perspectives
*Experience with design, develop and implement value-added business analytics.
*Confirmed ability to develop long term strategic plans (*this should be clearly demonstrated on the resume)
*MINIMUM of six years of related work experience.
