Description: The role requires a candidate who is comfortable with fluid change; building structure, developing networks and project governance routines to deliver across the organization. There will be a high level of stakeholder exposure across various Organization's and Operations.Responsibilities: * Manage multiple initiatives of varying size and scope * Involvement in planning, structure and scoping in some cases, execution of agreed change in others * Elements of analysis to ensure alignment with enterprise and design standards * Develop strong partnerships across Global Markets Operations functional areas, with Senior tech & Project leads. * Pro-actively manage the transformation to target scope and identifying and implementing contingency plans as necessary * Produce management reporting on status and progressWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Requirements: * Understanding of the business and markets supported by Markets Operations -- i. e. trade control, derivatives markets * Experience driving transformation across the organization with the ability to navigate effectively to deliver on time * Strong Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) knowledge/experience * Strong organization skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize, meet deadlines and also pay attention to the detail * Knowledge of and ability to apply project governance (documentation/reporting, tollgates, identifying risks/watch items etc.) to change * Ability to understand and work through complex problems and transfer that ability and knowledge to the teams.Technical Requirements * JIRA for Project Management Tracking * Data Analysis & Reporting (preferably using Tableau and/or PowerBI) * Strong Excel skills highly preferred
