Reporting to the R&D Director and working in partnership with Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering and R&D, this position will fulfil a diverse set of supportive roles towards the manufacturing of Wet Tantalum Capacitors. The primary role will be the development of new equipment and repurposing and integration of old equipment to modernize and automate production lines. As is in our case that the above-mentioned engineering teams are closely knit and regularly cross pollinate ideas and tasks, it is expected that a secondary function will be broad range of product and process developments.Job Location:Vishay Tansitor is located in Bennington, VT and is the world's number one manufacturer of wet tantalum and conformal-coated capacitors worldwide. Tansitor has approximately 100 employees between 3 shifts.
