Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for the overall operations of the department and ensuring that all financials and records are maintained. The ideal candidate has strong numerical skills, pays close attention to detail, and must be a hands-on team player within a small processing department. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the integrity of the organization and requires collaboration with various departments to ensure a smooth operation.

Responsibilities Include:

+ Process registration for equipment.

+ Enter data into systems in a timely and accurate manner.

+ Receivables, collections, and banking functions.

+ Liaise with internal and external partners across all modes of communication (phone, email, text, chat, etc.)

+ Strong communication skills.

+ Great with multi-tasking.

Qualifications:

+ Prior title preparation experience is a plus.

+ Prior experience with data entry.

+ Strong customer service experience.

+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
