**Community Host / Front Desk Staff**

Lexington, Kentucky Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Compensation **$12-15 / hour** OnTrack Management Group is recruiting for various positions for its client, BaseHere Holdings, LLC. BaseHere operates two co-work and event spaces in downtown Lexington and these positions are for its Base249 location. This is an opportunity for flexible hours, to work in very cool spaces, and be in among a community of designers, developers, creatives and entrepreneurs. All of these positions can lead to additional opportunities within BaseHere's operations.

The main responsibilities of a Community Host at Base249 include (but are not limited to):

* running the front desk at Base249

* welcoming, greeting, and signing in members and guests to the space

* maintaining the Base249 space throughout the day.

+ Examples of this task include but are not limited to: making sure the kitchen is stocked, coffee is made, technology is on and available, making sure the furniture is set up properly for the day, keeping the space clean and organized.

* daily setup and/or closure of the space

* ensuring that the entire location is fully operational and processes are running smoothly

* being one of the communitys go to people for facility and member needs

* establishing a strong relationship with our community and member base

* being a representative and professional presence of the BaseHere brand

* assisting with creating an amazing customer experience within our community and space

* solving members-related issues

* providing the highest level of customer service to our members

* support and coordinating on-going efforts with the property owner, manager and maintenance team

* providing support to the Director of Operations / Owners / other team members

* taking an active role in the growth of the Base110/249 community

* conducting tours and following up on leads as requested

* reporting directly to the Director of Operations

Experience & Minimum Qualifications:

* customer service experience

* experience in Microsoft Office software

* experience working in Google suite

* demonstrated sales experience is a plus

This role requires:

* the ability to lift, move and/or carry 30lbs.

* being on your feet for long periods of time.

* flexibility in working hours - there may be evening, early morning and weekend responsibilities at times.

* use of your image in photography and videography.
