We are seeking an authentic, joyful, growth-minded Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Broken Arrow Daily Responsibilities Include: Upon intake; review each child's assessments and other related documentation provided to determine the child's current needs.Provide an initial Occupational Therapy evaluation for each child, as needed, in consultation with the Senior OT Clinician.Collaborate with the clinical team to create a treatment plan for each child, including identifying specific occupational therapy related goals.Provide direct occupational therapy services to autistic children utilizing a developmental approach to work towards each child's goals and to strengthen developmental foundations.Monitor each child's progress on an ongoing basis. Record session notes in the child's Electronic Health Record and communicate progress to other members of the team, including the parents.Participate in team meetings and ongoing supervision.Provide ongoing mentoring and support to new OTs as they join the team.Requirements: Valid Occupational Therapist LicenseStrong desire to learn the Developmental Model through training, observation and reflectionStrong communication skills both written and oralPassion for working with children on the autism spectrumAbility to work seamlessly and respectfully on a trans-disciplinary teamFlexible scheduleLicense/Certification: Active Occupational Therapy - LicenseValid certification from the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)Setting: In-HomeIn-ClinicVirtual (on occasion)Benefits & Pay: Sick LeaveMileage ReimbursementReferral ProgramHourly Rate: $40-$55 (depending on experience)This role would start as part-time with the opportunity to move to full-time as soon as the caseload builds to that level.
