You can explain complex insurance concepts to frustrated patients with empathy and clarity. You're obsessively detail-oriented a single digit error in an insurance ID can cost thousands. You've worked as a medical receptionist, administrative assistant, or in any customer service role in a medical office setting. You're tech-savvy with medical billing software and EMR systems. You have excellent problem-solving skills and can find billing solutions that work for both patients and the clinic. You maintain a positive attitude even when dealing with challenging financial conversations.
