Our client is a prestigious law firm located in Manhattan.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive benefits programs grounded in competitive practice and operational excellence that support attracting and retaining a talented and engaged workforce.
  • Partner with Finance on the benefits budget and forecast.
  • Evaluate administrative costs and pricing of benefits and recommend strategies to provide competitive and cost-effective offerings.
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals with vendors.
  • Develop compelling communication plans and programs to ensure employees have a clear understanding of the companys benefits and wellness offerings and drive participation and awareness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Benefits management experience.
  • Law firm experience is a plus, professional services experience is required.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • Skilled collaborator, managing partnerships with vendors, internal stakeholders and outside consultants to achieve results.
  • Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills.

The annual base salary range is $135k to $165k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
