New Vista Health and Wellness, a leader in Behavioral Health, is currently recruiting certified Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistants to serve as Case Managers / Skills Trainers at Ethan Crossing of Indianapolis, one of our SUD Treatment Centers.THE ROLE:Case Managers/Skills Trainers work in partnership with the multi-disciplinary treatment team to support and help manage patients with chronic mental health conditions and substance use disorders. Case Managers/Skills Trainers help stabilize and/or improve social and behavioral functioning in patients, as well as help ensure smooth transitions throughout the continuum of care and reintegration into the community. Case Managers/Skills Trainers also help patients connect with community partners and resources, develop strong personal support systems, as well as teach patients healthy skills that promote the recovery process.
