Title: Sales AssociateReports to: Director of Business DevelopmentStatus: Non-Exempt, Hourly + CommissionsHourly Range: $24.55-$33.21Summary DescriptionThe Sales Associate assists with obtaining revenue through new client service contracts for FLORES. They are directly responsible for hitting revenue goals and bringing in new business. Our Sales Associate is the key in long-term client relationships and developing strategies that align with the Company's vision and goals. They personally demand customer service excellence and is a dynamic sales extraordinaire. Our Sales Associate is the face of FLORES, and our strongest champion of our core values: SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, ACCURACY, INTERGRITY, TEAMWORK, and FAMILY.You will be a strategic partner working alongside the Director of Business Development (DBD) to ensure that FLORES continues to be a leader in our industry. The ideal candidate will be an organized, quick study, strong writer, self-starter, fast thinker, and a problem solver who thrives in a dynamic fast paced environment and is always thinking five steps ahead to represent FLORES as the best strategic partner solution for potential customers. Securing New Business and Closing Sales:Identify and research potential clients through various platforms. (online networking, referrals, etc.)Securing new business and closing sales in alignment with customer success and company targets.Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.Develop, review, and report on the sales strategy.Close new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts.Understanding the pricing structures to best serve both the business and client needs.Manage NDAs for FLORES and prospective clients.Collaboration with Marketing:Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing tactics and plans.Participate in marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive sales growth.Provide feedback to the marketing team based on client interactions and market trends.Networking:Attend networking events to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and networking events.Build and maintain a repository of potential clients and industry contacts.Maintain strong FLORES social media presence via Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.Work directly with the Director of BD & onboarding Manager to ensure smooth integration of services.Assist with the coordination and promotion of FLORES client events.Understand client needs and tailor services to meet those needs.Conduct presentations and demonstrations of company services to potential clients.Under promise and over deliver. Provide FLORES platinum service promise with all interactions.Sales Reporting and Analysis:Provide pipeline and revenue target reports to the Director of Business Development.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.Use CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to track and manage sales processes.Development of client progress reports, regular client contact providing status updates and needs, and communicating status updates across departments.Market Analysis and Strategy:Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.Develop and implement strategies to increase market share.Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Customer Service:Provide support to new clients, ensuring quality standards and general transactional satisfaction.Evaluation of customer satisfaction via customer service surveys.Maintain working knowledge of HR and Accounting principles, financial markets, and the analysis and reporting of financial data.Project Management:Exhibit project management experience and the ability to work with status dashboards.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.Research leveraging resources and channels of information as appropriate to gain insight on client needs.Perform other duties as assigned.Maintain Confidentiality of clients.Travel as needed.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesActive listening, learning, critical thinking skills.Solid interpersonal and analytical skills.Outstanding customer service skills is essential.Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance driven sales environment.Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.Proficiency in all aspects of Company's products and services.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
