The Role We’re looking for passionate, ambitious, and product-minded software engineers to join us as builders. This is a hybrid role in San Francisco (at least 4 days in the office with builders and leaders). You’ll build unparalleled products for families and help shape our engineering roadmap.

In this role you will: Drive product development.

From concept to shipping, you’ll have ownership of the product end-to-end. This means scoping out specs, full-stack programming, conducting user interviews and testing directly with families, etc.

Partner with operations, clinical, and product teams across the company . You'll be a critical voice for articulating technical initiatives to further our mission.

The Requirements We index on your experience, leadership, and hustle. At least 3+ years of shipping production-quality full-stack code in professional engineering roles. Experience with Python, Javascript, and React/React Native (or be willing to learn). Experience with data and architectures like API development, SQL/NoSQL datastores, messaging queues, etc (or be willing to learn). Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools like Git, Docker, K8s (or be willing to learn). Empathy, an entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual horsepower, and unbounded curiosity. Bonus points if you have owned product development end-to-end Bonus points if you have mobile development experience
