NOW HIRING PRN SPEECH Pathologist

In the hushed echoes of homes, where dreams are whispered, and hopes take flight, a profound journey of speech rehabilitation begins. At CHI St. Vincent Health at Home, we believe in the limitless power of speech to transform lives, to bridge gaps, and to restore the symphony of communication. Join our team of passionate speech therapists as we embark on a mission to empower patients in the sanctuary of their own homes.

Responsibilities

Empowerment Through Speech - Your Purposeful Calling

Your work is not just a career; it is a calling, a beacon of hope that guides patients on a path of rediscovery. As a Speech Therapist, you are a custodian of transformation, developing and implementing home care plans that breathe new life into speech rehabilitation. With each evaluation, you unlock the potential that lies within, giving voice to dreams once silenced.

In the intimate spaces of homes, you orchestrate a symphony of care, performing direct speech therapy treatments with the precision of a maestro. Each word uttered, each sound formed, becomes a thread in the tapestry of healing. With dedication and expertise, you update the speech therapy plan of treatment, ensuring that progress is measured and goals are reached.

As a champion of change, you are attuned to the nuances of every patient's journey. Your keen eye and empathetic heart notice the slightest shifts in their condition, and you report these changes to the attending physician and appropriate personnel. Your voice becomes their advocate, ensuring that the rhythm of rehabilitation is always in sync with their needs.

Empowerment resonates through your every action, as you provide patient care education not only to clients but also to their caregivers. You are a guide, empowering them with knowledge and understanding, fostering a nurturing environment for progress. Your presence is a source of comfort, illuminating the path ahead.

In the spirit of harmony, you collaborate with other disciplines and community resources, weaving a safety net of support for your patients. The symphony of care extends beyond your individual contributions, embracing a united effort to enhance the lives of those you serve.
