The Product Support Manager collaborates with all departments across AERO to ensure the sales team is fully informed of product development and changes, thereby maximizing sales. The role coordinates with sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, shipping, and customer service to establish detailed communication methods and proper documentation for all AERO products and services. Responsibilities Develop and coordinate procedures and tools to enable the sales organization to prepare required quotations. Assist the sales organization with daily operational activities for delivery/technical inquiries. Liaise between sales and manufacturing to ensure customer needs and expectations are met, especially for special projects. Act as liaison between sales offices to resolve issues and maintain enthusiasm for AERO product lines. Coordinate between marketing and engineering staff to produce and maintain product data sheets and manuals used by the sales organization and customers. Assist DSS and Customer Service Manager to ensure the sales team is apprised of all customer issues and maintain customer satisfaction. Work with sales organizations to maintain specific market knowledge and personal relationships to maximize sales. Participate in product development processes to ensure sales staff are aware of product changes and aid in training. Assist with product development strategy, working closely with sales and upper management. Requirements Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent field. Minimum five (5) years of related experience. Expertise in technical sales management and marketing. Strong decision?making, problem?solving, leadership, and coordination skills. Proficiency with the LN ERP system is a plus. Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
