Large Women's HC Group is seeking certified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to work alongside their dedicated team of healthcare professionals. They have 2 positions open in their central valley locations. Job Description: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-respected, physician-owned and operated medical practice which includes premium OB/GYN care and family practice in beautiful Lodi wine country. They focus on a service-oriented medical team approach to the OB/GYN specialty. Nurse practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) provide healthcare services to patients who may have acute episodic conditions or chronic problems, as well as those seeking health evaluation, preventive care, and/or education and counseling. NP/PAs perform complete physical examinations, including ordering, interpreting and evaluating diagnostic tests and examinations. Assume ongoing responsibility for each patient from discovery of the disorder to recovery. Diagnose and treat both chronic and episodic disorders including complications of otherwise normal processes. Establish and document the health care plan and diagnosis, and maintain records of each case that are sufficiently complete for any physician reviewing them to evaluate the effectiveness of the plan. Consistently demonstrates the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to each other, to our patients, contracted providers, and vendors. They offer an excellent salary (130-175K DOE) and benefits package. No hospital Call. They are willing to interview new graduates but 1-2+ years of experience is preferred.
