Your new opportunity

An exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for supporting the business in growing cruise product sales across all member segments, in line with RAA Travel’s strategic priorities. You will represent RAA Travel within the broader travel industry and build relevant relationships with preferred suppliers and other key stakeholders including tourism bodies. In addition, you will:

Recommend new or alternative travel product to assist in achieving revenue targets, growth and a competitive advantage.

Provide insights and recommendations to develop profitable travel products, at the right price, with the right supplier.

Identify training gaps within RAA’s travel network to then plan and deliver cruise training programs to RAA staff.

Provide monthly reporting and analysis on product and budget performance.

Regularly assess performance of, and provide feedback to, direct reports through one-on-one discussions.

About you

For this role, we’re also looking for:

Proven success in supplier relationship management

Relevant qualifications in the travel industry or equivalent.

Experience in growing products through adaptive planning.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Travel Product role or similar.

In-depth knowledge of travel product, suppliers and the travel industry, specifically in cruise product.

Understanding and knowledge of product marketing.

Experience in sourcing and coordinating product in the travel industry, specialising in cruise product.
