Resumo da função:
Responsável por atrair, avaliar e selecionar talentos alinhados com as necessidades e valores da empresa, contribuindo para a construção de equipes eficientes e direcionadas aos objetivos organizacionais.
Contamos com você para:
Identificar e atrair os melhores talentos de mercado, alinhados a cultura organizacional da Prolog;
Desenvolver e implementar estratégias inovadoras e eficazes para atração de candidatos qualificados e aderentes à cultura;
Realizar alinhamento estratégico de perfil das posições em aberto com as lideranças, de acordo com os requisitos técnicos e comportamentais desejados;
Utilizar técnicas de hunting para identificar proativamente talentos no mercado, abordando potenciais candidatos por meio de plataformas como LinkedIn Recruiter, entre outras;
Triar currículos, garantindo que o perfil dos candidatos esteja alinhado com as exigências da vaga;
Descrever relatos e pareceres de pré contato, mantendo líderes informados sobre o andamento dos mapeamentos iniciais;
Conduzir entrevistas detalhadas, focadas em competências, avaliando o alinhamento do candidato com os valores e expectativas da empresa, habilidades, experiências e qualificações, conforme os requisitos da vaga;
Aplicar testes e desafios técnicos, analisando resultados para contribuir na avaliação geral das habilidades e competências dos candidatos;
Enviar retornos e feedbacks para candidatos reprovados através da plataforma de seleção.
O que precisamos que você tenha:
Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente na cidade de Palhoça/SC;
Graduação completa em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos, Gestão de Pessoas ou áreas afins;
Experiência com Recrutamento e Seleção de posições estratégicas;
Indispensável vivência com seleção de posições de Tecnologia;
Conhecimento em plataformas de seleção (Quickin, Gupy, Pandapé, LinkedIn Recruiter, Kenoby e outros)
Conhecimento em pacote Google (Gmail, GDrive, GSheets e outros).
