The Strategy and Analytics group is responsible for delivering analysis and business insights to Championship Management (CM) decision-makers. This role will assist with a variety of strategic projects across many departments by turning data into actionable insights for current and future CM events. This position will also help manage the business intelligence (BI) and visualization direction within the group.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Analytics or another related field required
Minimum 3 years professional experience in data analysis required
CRM and Business Intelligence experience strongly preferred
SQL experience is strongly preferred
Demonstrated analytical aptitude with high proficiency in Excel
Excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and communication skills
Ability to track details and meet deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates
Comfort with ambiguity when encouraging new problems and unknown topics

Responsibilities/Duties

Analyze data from large, disparate sources using various quantitative and qualitative methods to answer business questions
Develop and maintain business intelligence/visualization initiatives incorporating software and tools including but not limited to Tableau, Salesforce, and Quicksight
Conduct and provide market research on current and future markets
Support the development of annual goals and pricing strategies for onsite revenues at CM events
Liaison with sales and marketing teams to develop and drive local sales strategies
Liaison with data teams to help build, monitor, and maintain CM data models
Identify gaps within the business to drive efficiencies
Special Projects and duties as assigned
