TITLE: Director of Nursing LTC
LOCATION: Crane, MT

Below are the details of the position.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Current Montana RN License.
3-5 years of experience in Long Term Care/Extended Care.
Working hours and Compensation:
Full-time position.
Salary range of $93K-$140K.
Comprehensive benefits package, including sign-on/relocation assistance.
Responsibilities:
The Director of Nursing for Extended Care oversees the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility, including planning, implementation, organization, and evaluation.
Embraces a 'Resident Centered Care' philosophy and upholds residents' rights. Actively monitors care delivery, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, including conducting random competency checks on nursing staff.
Ensures the Nursing Department operates in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Manages required reporting and investigation for all incidents.
During surveys and audits, collects, compiles, and communicates facility and nursing policies and procedures in a timely manner. Assists with the Plan of Corrections as needed.
Additional Information:
Reports to the respected Senior Executive of Extended Care.
Oversees approximately 60 employees, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs (40 CNAs). The facility passed the last annual recertification survey with zero deficiencies
