A health services network in New Jersey is currently seeking a new, licensed Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to join their growing Pulmonary Services team in Bergen County.

Responsibilities:

The Pulmonary APN will:

  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care to outpatient pulmonary patients
  • Ensure the delivery of quality care to meet patients medical, surgical, and psychosocial needs
  • Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of related work experience
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree
  • NJ Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
  • Pulmonary experience
  • Experience in Inpatient and Outpatient setting
  • Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
  • Patient oriented
