S3, Inc. has wholly owned subsidiaries that expand the customer base and increase our annual growth rate: KBFS - provides aviation pilot training, heavy lift, aircraft maintenance, and related aircraft services to Government and commercial requirements IAW multiple FAA certifications; S3I - provides OCONUS FMS technical services, maintenance, and aviation platform training; and GLSS - provides SCA/CBA contract aviation maintenance.

S3, Inc. has an immediate requirement for a Program Analyst to support the STORM PO in Huntsville, AL.

Position Description:

The Program Analyst reports to the Contract Task Order Lead (TOL) and works within Deltek Costpoint for timekeeping, reporting, and contract modification set-ups for a team in excess of 60 employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and updating an Excel work plan for the entire contract and tracking and reporting on multiple subcontractors and team members.
  • Generating, reviewing, and coordinating the approval and processing of vouchers from subcontractors and team members.
  • Developing purchase requests for subcontractors and team members for coordination with and modification execution by contract specialists.
  • Coordinating travel requests with employees to include knowledge of JTR requirements, assignment of travel codes, and tracking of travel funding.
  • Updating, reviewing, and reconciling monthly financial reports to the government.
Experience/Skills Required:
  • Bachelors' Degree and 6 years of relevant technical experience; Associates' Degree and 8 years of relevant experience; a HS diploma and 10 years of relevant experience; or a Masters' Degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
  • DoD clearance or ability to obtain an interim clearance in a reasonable timeframe.
  • One year or more of experience working within Deltek Costpoint and Excel (including spreadsheets).
  • One year or more of experience developing purchase requests for subcontractors and team members for contract department use.
  • One year or more of experience with the coordination of travel requests and knowledge of the JTR.
  • One year or more of experience with the updating, reviewing, and reconciliation of monthly financial reports.
  • Understanding of the requirements associated with government contracts, modifications, and de-obligation processes.
  • One year or more of experience supporting realignments and reallocation processes for task orders and the development of Individual Work Authorizations (IWA) from contract information.
  • One year or more of experience dealing with employees to resolve timekeeping issues and assess the remaining hours.
