Job Title: Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician Location: Littleton, CO Type: Direct Hire Pay Rate: $34-$40/hour $2.50/hr shift differential. Schedule: Monday-Friday 1:30pm-10:00pm OR Monday-Friday 9:30pm-6:00am Overview: Medical Device Manufacturing Company is seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics to join their team This role offers a newer, modern environment where your skills directly impact the production of life-changing medical technologies. Responsibilities: Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on simple/manual; semi automated; and certain aspects of fully automated manufacturing equipment. Corrective maintenance activities include: troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls, and electrical systems; and minor equipment performance improvement activities Supports equipment performance improvement projects and process validation activities. Contributes to process optimization and scrap reduction efforts through equipment design improvements, improvements to operating and maintenance procedures, and maintenance activities. Independently troubleshoots equipment with a high degree of quality and reliability. Implements permanent corrective actions to eliminate recurrent problems Requirements: High School or GED 2-5 years of hands on experience troubleshooting Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic/Pneumatic Controls Logic, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Ethernet communication, DeviceNet, Networks in an industrial, ideally heavily regulated (device, pharma, biotech, defense, aerospace) 2 years of PLC experience required Experience with root cause analysis Experience supporting production and maintenance for medical devices Looking for mechanical/electrical aptitude, PLC understanding??
