ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel job in Massena, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Ultrasound Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 12/08/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, evenings Employment Type: Travel Ultrasound Technologist - General Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Mid 5x8-Hour Shift (15:00 - 23:00) Job Description The Ultrasound Technologist will perform various ultrasound procedures for patients across all age groups, including pediatric and adult populations. Responsibilities will involve conducting routine and specialized examinations, as well as assisting with invasive procedures as required. The technologist must ensure high-quality imaging and provide supportive patient care during the examination process. Responsibilities Perform a variety of ultrasound scans including but not limited to OB, abdominal, DVT, carotid, and breast. Conduct first to third trimester evaluations and fetal anatomical surveys. Execute invasive procedures such as thoracentesis and paracentesis as needed. Utilize ultrasound equipment effectively, including PACS and Philips systems. Provide care in various settings including outpatient, emergency department, and portable units. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist, preferably in a community hospital setting. Certifications required: ARDMS, BLS. New York License required upon application. Preferred certifications include RDMS in multiple specialties and RVT. Why ARMStaffing?
