**Position Overview:**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect RV or marine vehicle to suit their needs and preferences. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within our company.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Greet customers and assist them in exploring our inventory of RVs and marine vehicles
  • Provide product demonstrations and tours to showcase features and benefits
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including financing options and paperwork
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and competitors
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Assist with showroom maintenance and organization
**Qualifications:**
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive, RV, or marine industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software
  • Knowledge of RVs and/or marine vehicles is a plus
