We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing shipments at our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping, receiving, inventory management, and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
Process and document incoming and outgoing shipments.
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software.
Prepare and pack orders for shipment according to company standards.
Coordinate with carriers for pick-ups and deliveries.
Ensure proper labeling and documentation for all shipments.
Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience with inventory management systems.
Knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
Proficiency with warehouse management software and MS Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate forklifts or pallet jacks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
