Digital Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Lead Generation Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing efforts. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, PPC advertising, Google My Business, Google Local Service Ads etc.
Paid Media Responsibilities:
- Develop, Implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to develop targeting strategies and budget recommendations
- Create effective search ad copy
- Manage budgets and bids to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets
- Track and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for optimization and improvement
- Create and present regular performance reports to stakeholders
- Strategically launch, manage, and optimize campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Advanced Expertise in Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Google Analytics, Google My Business Optimization, and Local Service Listing Ads
- Strong Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and hold self accountable to exceed goals

- Effective communication in a team environment that drives a productive and gial oriented work environment.
- Google Ad, Google Analytics Certified
- Desire to continually find new ways to generate leads through digital marketing
