General Summary
The Harvest Technician is very experienced with processing cannabis flowers while maintaining a high-quality standard of work. The technician is expected to maintain flower integrity by proper handling of plants while performing de-leafing duties. The Harvest Technician will have daily goals and is expected to meet defined quotas. The technician will be required to work with various equipment pertaining to harvest duties in a warehouse setting. The harvest technician is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized work space for all compliance protocols, to include green waste.
Essential Job Functions

- Cutting down of individual plant in 2 minutes and 30 seconds
- Able to gently handle plants to avoid the accumulation of hash
- De-leaf each plant in 3 minutes or less
- Able to meet quote of 12-15 plants per hour
- Work well with harvest team to achieve departmental daily goals
- Be mindful of sensitive irrigation systems and rolling tables
- Expected to maintain cleanliness through processes and collect plant waste for weighing
- Able to bend over for a long period of time while scrubbing tables.
- Able to work around chemicals such as 99.9% alcohol.
- Able to lift.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.- Continually able to reach overhead, bend, stand, sit, squat, kneel, and carry product, necessary for harvest and cleaning of harvest area for extended periods of time
- The job requires the employee to work with cannabis which is a plant that contains certain allergens that can cause an allergic reaction in persons who are sensitive to the plant matter
- Ability to carry boxes, products, and other necessary related items
- Ability to regularly perform maintenance items: sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, maintain all areas of business including stockroom
- Ability to safely lift to 40lbs
- Comfortable climbing ladders
- Work will require exposure to bright lights
- Work environment may be loud
- Work is a warehouse environment and temperatures vary from warm to cool
- This is a Part-Time to Full-Time position
- Weekend and holidays are expected to be worked
- Typical workdays and hours are between Monday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 5 pm
