Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer design support
  • Complete mechanical and wire labor quotes for customer projects by reviewing project documents, calculating labor times for manufacturing, testing, and quality
  • Estimate terminals, connectors, tooling, and test harness mates needed for project
  • Evaluate testing requirements for products
  • Complete Engineering change orders (Estimate the labor impact, and update Bill of Materials and Routings) as provided by the customer or production and ensure changes meet customer requirements
  • Process Purchase Orders and create Bills of Materials and Routings
  • Verify all changes are documented and entered into ATM system
  • Assess customer returned parts for liability, determine if repair is required, enter repair order and repair Bill of Materials
  • Prepare cost models and bills of material.
  • Reviews bill of materials, drawings, and scope of work to create quoting spreadsheets.
