Discover your exciting role Total Facility Solutions (TFS)/Exentec Installation Services is actively seeking a Construction Project Manager to manage and administer construction project activities related to process piping systems in Advanced Technology Facilities. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all functions are completed correctly and in a timely manner and serves as the primary customer representative for TFS. Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities Maintain a safe and healthy workplace, ensuring that safe work systems are implemented and that employees receive IFW training. Support the creation and maintenance of an Incident and Injury Free Workplace. Collaborate with EHS staff for strategic and tactical implementation of EHS processes and procedures. Promote positive public and community relations with assistance from Marketing/Business Development. Support Business Development Activities as required and in coordination with Marketing/Business Development. Independent management of projects including daily activities, staffing, P&L, cash flow and reporting. Maintain thorough understanding of the Company/Owner contract and all project correspondence and documentation. Develop and maintain continuous positive relationships with GC/CM, Owner, and their assigned representatives. Participate in the estimating handover meeting for each new project. Lead the Project Kick?off Meeting and subsequent project planning meetings. Communicate accurately the overall project status to the Regional Manager TFS regarding cost, schedule, quality, safety, and client relationship. Establish and update project forecasts and lead PSR reviews. Execute appropriate agreements with each supplier or subcontractor in coordination with the Regional Manager and Procurement. Promote positive staff morale and resolve conflicts as required. Maintain scheduling, earned value, and labor analysis activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Evaluate potential risk, establish a risk register, implement mitigation plans, and monitor and manage regularly. Attend monthly project status review (PSR) meetings with the Regional Operations Manager and Finance. Other duties as assigned. Show Your Expertise Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in construction project management. Experience with construction projects (preferably Semiconductor and/or Pharmaceutical facility projects). Experience with process piping projects is required. Experience on Data Center construction projects is required. OSHA 30 certification required. Good knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and project accounting principles. Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule. Ability to implement Building Information Modeling (BIM). Ability to implement LEAN to support the project.
