BENEFITS:Dental, Vision, Medical InsurancePaid Time OffMonday to Friday, with some night/weekend workDay ShiftHolidaysKey Responsibilities:Daily Cleaning and Upkeep:Mop floors, clean surfaces, and empty trash receptacles.Sanitize and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and other surfaces.Ensure that the restroom trailers are kept in pristine condition, free from dirt, debris, and unpleasant odors.Restocking Supplies:Monitor and replenish restroom supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and hand sanitizer.Ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked adequately at all times.General Maintenance:Inspect restroom trailers regularly for any maintenance issues or damage and report them promptly.Perform minor repairs as needed to ensure the functionality of restroom facilities.Travel Requirements:Travel to a designated customer location each day to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.Ensure punctuality and consistency in arriving at the specified location according to the schedule.Qualifications: Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work is preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.Ability to perform physical tasks such as mopping, lifting, and standing for extended periods.Reliable transportation to travel to the set location daily.Good communication skills to interact with the customer if necessary.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Work Environment:This position involves working outdoors and in restroom trailers, which may be subject to varying weather conditions.The role requires adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
