Job Description :

We're seeking Sales Associates to join our team As a Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our facility.

Additionally, you'll provide invaluable assistance to customers by helping them locate merchandise and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Pay Rate: $15/hr

- Scheduled hours are:

9:30am - 6:00pm Monday thru Friday, and

8:30am - 5:00pm Saturday

Must have:

-Experience with customer service (2+ years)

-Clear verbal and written skills

-English comprehension

-Punctuality and Reliability (able to arrive on time)

-Their own form of transportation

Plus (not mandatory):

-Computer literate

-Bilingual (Spanish or other)

- OFF days:

Sunday & another day during the week that will be determined per availability

(excluding Monday, Friday, & Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to facilitate smooth operations
  • Assist customers in finding products, providing exceptional service with a friendly demeanor
  • Accurately record incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure proper stock levels
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, cherry pickers, and lift trucks (prior experience is beneficial but not required)
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks and meet objectives
  • Safely lift and transport items weighing up to 50lbs on a regular basis
  • Demonstrate initiative during slower periods by proactively seeking tasks and contributing to overall productivity
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and supervisors, both verbally and in writing
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance, adhering to company grooming standards (no facial tattoos)
Requirements:
  • Basic proficiency in English communication (Bilingual skills are advantageous)
  • Comfort working in varying temperatures within the warehouse environment
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory management
  • Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
