We are looking for an experienced c-arm technician to assist during injections at our new facility in College Park, GA. This is a position is PRN and the person in this role must commit to working every Thursday from approximately 8am - 4pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform fluoroscopic imaging during pain management procedures as requested by the physicians.
  • Ensure patient safety by adhering to radiation safety protocols, including the use of lead aprons and shields.
  • Responsible for safe handling of equipment and films.
  • Assist in room turnover in preparation for cases that follow.
  • Assist in additional duties as requested.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure when directly dealing with patients.
  • Basic knowledge of computer programs.
  • Must be able to work independently but also as part of a team.
  • Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA.
