Customer Support Representative, Alpha $75,000/year USD at Crossover. Join us to pioneer admissions and campus operations at Alpha, a K12 private school reimagining education. Base pay range: $37.50/hr $37.50/hr Location note: This is an in?person role based at one of our campuses. You will work in Palm Beach, FL; Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA; or Raleigh, NC. What You Will Be Doing Conduct personalized, conversion?focused family tours that communicate Alphas commitments and build confidence in our educational model. Execute and manage proactive outreach strategies to advance prospective families through the admissions pipeline. Implement rigorous safety and safeguarding procedures to maintain a secure environment for students and families. Manage all facets of facilities operations, including preventive maintenance, vendor relationships, and repair supervision. Analyze data to optimize processes and enhance operational performance and enrollment results. What You Wont Be Doing Engage in a single, monotonous administrative function or isolated department. Operate under inflexible, hierarchical micromanagement that limits your autonomy. Deal with bureaucratic obstacles that hinder meaningful action. Concentrate solely on documentation, away from students and families. Basic Requirements Bachelors degree (no specific field required) 1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment Experience working with children/students Excellent written and verbal communication skills High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self?management Legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship Available to work in person at one of the listed campus locations About Alpha Alpha School is on a mission to reshape education with a bold approach that harnesses AI to accelerate learning and unlock student potential. Working with Us This is a full?time, 40?hour per week, long?term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
