Diverse candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. Support the merchandise team with stocking and staging merchandise. Ensure our online orders are processed and filled in a timely fashion. Process refunds and exchanges in house. Act as a brand ambassador when answering all guests questions. Re?stock & organize merchandise with appropriate levels of product, as needed. Accurately manage the cash drawer. All other tasks as required for the position. Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and climb a ladder when required to stock shelves. Ability to work flexible hours, nights, and weekends (required). Ability to work 2 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and 1 week day. Ability to work alone and as part of an active team. POS/Square experience (preferred). Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Passion for being part of a team and creating great work. Experience working in a retail environment. Ability to work 15-25 hours per week. Ability to work morning and weekend hours.
