Payroll Specialist Jobs in Apex Pediatric Therapy Services Lisle, IL

Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner on bimonthly basis. Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies. Manage the Benefit administration process Monitor and maintain employee data and track PTO and scheduling time off Coordinate compliance to accuracy, timeliness and completeness for timesheet submission. Manage credentialing process with the insurance companies for new professional hires. Ensure compliancy to required trainings and certifications needed for professionals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, or similar programs. Knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
