Reviewing and analyzing financial statements, reports, complex financial accounting work processes, systems, and procedures for efficient workflow and conformity with accounting principles. Engage in the analysis of both actual and projected financial performance, along with KPIs. Summarize the findings, identify risks and opportunities, and prepare discussions for presentation to senior leadership and middle management. Assisting with budgeting and monthly close processes. Developing financial projections and building financial models for long-term and strategic planning for new and ongoing ventures. Analyze and document the impact of trends, projects, and business conditions to management. Performing research and analysis as required. Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations. Analyzing and reviewing proposals for any system related to financial accounting methods, policies, and procedures; recommends improvements. Qualifications for Senior Financial Analyst:

Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting is

required . An MBA is strongly preferred. 4-7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling is

required . Healthcare or similar field experience is a major plus. Working knowledge of financial strategies and financial modeling experience

required . Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or related financial systems. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs.
