Program Manager

For our client, who is hiring over 20 000 employees and actively operating on American, Asian and European market and this year is going to open a brand new site in Poland, in city Szprotawa we are seeking to fill the role of:

PROGRAM MANAGER
PM/1506/AL/DPM
Responsibilities:
Support business and product lines by serving as the key technical and project interface to OEMs and Tier 1 customers
Meet regularly with customer engineering and product teams to resolve any technical, packaging, production, supply chain or quality issues
Work with customers to develop validation test plans based on their product requirements and coordinate validation testing and complete DVP&R documentation
Analyze product requirement documents and lead engineering activities including concept design, compliance matrix generation and detailed RFQ proposal reports
Coordinate the development of CAD models and 2D drawings, and direct simulation activities (CFD, FEA and optimization studies) to support customer programs
Support design and development projects in coordination with customers through component integration, testing, simulation and system engineering
Work closely with customers to understand industry and product trends; assist global R&D team with the development of new products and improvement/iteration of existing products
Lead discussions with manufacturing, process engineering, service, packaging and supply chain teams in support of product development and VA/VE activities
Keep in touch with our specialists in Germany and China
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Masters degree in automotive or production related field
3+ years of experience in the automotive management field
Fluent business English, and communicative Chinese
Working experience with automotive industry
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to work with global multi-domain teams
In-plant and/or program/vehicle launch experience is a plus
