Description

Flagger Force, an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring a Contracts Administrator. This position will be based out of our corporate campus in Hummelstown, PA.

The Contract Administrator position is primarily responsible for developing and managing new and existing client contracts, bid requests, and requests for proposals (RFP) while acting per all company values, vision, and mission.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Building relationships with existing client base including conducting needs analysis and identifying potential business development opportunities.
  • Use and become a subject matter expert of our Contract Lifecycle Management tool (CLM) to ensure all variety of contracts are responded to within 10 business days.
  • Proactively prepare, negotiate, and record business contracts for the best interest of the company growth objectives.
  • Drafting and revising a variety of contracts with the customer.
  • Provide reports on our current client contracts to include important terms, clauses, and other essential contractual data.
  • Respond and quote new and existing business bid requests on a timely basis.
  • Assist with reviewing and transitioning client contracts from any mergers and acquisitions.
  • Prepare estimates and bids that meet specific client needs.
  • Organize, facilitate, and respond to all requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Answer customer questions related to services, prices, contractual terms, insurance etc.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Consult with clients after sales or bid agreements to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
  • Provide superior customer service support, serve as escalation point for RFP and bid responses.
  • Expand current client usage levels identifying additional business opportunities to obtain direct contractual relationships.
  • Work with Field and Operations Teams to arrange and ensure bids and estimates are accurate to the scope of work provided by the client.
  • Participate in monthly 1v1's, weekly team meetings, and client meetings as required.
  • Participate in developing and executing department objectives and supporting company shared objectives.
  • Set up and manage all state requirements to actively bid on state(s) projects.
  • Complete new client vendor establishment.
  • Consulting with clients after sales or bid agreements to recognize opportunities and provide ongoing support.
  • Issuing, reviewing, and revising contracts to be compliant with Flagger Force Standards

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a contract administrator or manager required
  • Exceptional verbal, written, analytical and reasoning skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Software including MS Excel & MS Word
  • CCMA or CPCM certifications preferred
  • Prior construction contract management preferred
  • Prior construction or industry related experience preferred
