Job Description:
As a Salesforce Product Owner, you will lead the product intake, backlog prioritization, strategy, and roadmap of the Salesforce platform. Furthermore, you will lead the team with discovery to create a development-ready story to be handed off to the development team. The company is looking for a candidate with Salesforce and Agile framework experience. The role requires strong leadership across multiple teams and departments, the ability to communicate with influence, and a technical aptitude.
The ideal candidate will have proven Salesforce product knowledge as well as the ability and experience to demonstrate how they have improved efficiencies in product management using their product expertise.
Once You Are Here, You Will:
Work with business groups to understand demand
Collaborate with the business to develop detailed requirements High-level solution design and architecture
Lead many of the Agile ceremonies and will ensure the team meets its goals on time and within budget.
Managing integration across the platform is also a key role
This role is a strategic, senior-level individual contributor who will own a portfolio of products/initiatives as well.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's/ Master's degree preferably in marketing, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field 5+ years experience as a product owner and leading a technical team
Experience with the Agile methodology: owning sprint planning, attending daily stand-ups, story-pointing meetings, and retrospectives to ensure progress on requests and removal of blockers.
Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as JIRA, Team Services, Rally
Working closely with our business stakeholders and engineers to comprehend the business processes at a detailed level.
Creating and owning user stories/business requirements documents as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions, and detailing out the user stories in the agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon.
Identifying business process improvements and opportunities for automation.
Participating in roadmap planning and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations. Documenting work using flow charts, written descriptions, screenshots, and videos.
Applying knowledge, skills, and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues.
Reacting to process and product-related questions and escalating issues to the correct team or to the management as necessary.
Coordinating and participating in the UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts, test execution, and status reporting.
Developing strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with both stakeholders and team members.
Requirement gathering, AS-IS, TO-BE flows, PRD/FRD writing
Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos.
Clear verbal communicator, with the ability to effectively interact with the Business stakeholders to drive the discussion
Self-directed, with the ability to break down a complex process, assign actions, and manage progress toward a set timeline
Experience with delivering product features within the Salesforce ecosystem

Mandatory Requirement
: Experience with Mulesoft ESB administration (Cloudhub and On-Prem V3.x, v4.x)
Experience using Unix/Linux OS environments
Experience with any AMQP or JMS technologies
Experience with Oracle database and SQL queries
Experience with Salesforce administration and SOQL
Very strong understanding of Java or Java based technologies
Familiar with integration strategies like API-led connectivity in Mulesoft
Good understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and concepts
Willingness to learn and master unfamiliar technologies and/or concepts
Familiarity and comfort working within strict Change Management and Release Management processes
Exceptional research skills and resourcefulness, Strong technical problem solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex application issues
Demonstrated ability to build and execute efficient business processes and methodologies.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an emphasis on tone, structure, grammar, and spelling
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor degree in computer sciences, programming or a related field
Familiarity with Software Release Management principles and methodology including Adaptive Delivery Methodology (ADM)
Preferred Experience:
Salesforce development/implementation project experience on Salesforce Sales/ Service/ Experience Cloud (at least one or more) - ADD HERE FOR OTHER SPECIFIC NEEDS LIKE CPQ ETC.
Demonstrated ability to communicate to ensure a team's success - Highly developed interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive, emotional or potentially controversial situations. Strong accountability planning/organization and teamwork
