Currently, we are seeking Inventory Analyst candidates for our operation in Ripon, WI.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct audits to recommend and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Assist in investigating quality defects and part issues for received material
  • Document and perform root cause analyst of inventory discrepancies
  • Update and monitor WMS to ensure our levels match that of the customer
  • Complete weekly/monthly inventory reports pertaining to overages, shortages, hot parts, etc.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and/or experience in the following areas:
  • Logistics and/or Supply Chain knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Collaborating with other employees, suppliers and customers
  • Shipping and/or Packaging knowledge
The ideal candidate will possess experience with the following computer programs:
  • Microsoft Office (especially Access and Excel)
  • Routing software

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Eager to learn
  • Ability to make quick decisions
  • Good work ethics
  • Ability to meet deadlines
